Certain business types are regulated under financial or virtual asset laws.
To comply with AML/CFT obligations, we must verify that you hold a valid license or registration.

Who must submit a license

The following business types are required to provide a valid regulatory license or registration:

  • Forex Brokers (FX Brokers)

  • Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs)

  • Payment Institutions / PSPs

  • Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs)

  • Remittance / MSB Entities

  • Crypto Exchanges or Wallet Providers

  • Other financial institutions or regulated firms

Accepted License Documents

Please upload one or more of the following:

  • Regulatory license issued by a competent authority (e.g., FCA, BaFin, MFSA, NBB, etc.)

  • Company registration in a regulator’s official register

  • MSB registration (e.g., FinCEN for US entities)

  • VASP license or registration proof

  • EMI/PI authorization certificates

Notes:

  • The license must be valid and match the legal entity applying.

  • If you are registered under multiple jurisdictions, please upload relevant licenses.

  • Documents not in English should include a translation.
