My 2FA Code Isn't Working

  • Ensure that you enter the code before it refreshes. This is the most common issue and usually can be resolved by following this tip.

  • The code should be a 6-digit number without any spaces. Please double-check to avoid any input errors.

  • Check whether your device's clock is set to the correct timezone. Incorrect clock settings can lead to code desynchronization. This is especially important for Android users; ensure your device is set to automatic time settings.

I Have Lost or Can No Longer Access My Old Mobile Device
